Paper service includes china plates, paper napkins and plastic silverware. The charge is $.50 per person. Plastic serving utensils may also be provided at no additional cost. China and linen service Includes dinner plates, silverware, coffee cups (when beverages are provided), tablecloths, linen napkins, salt and pepper. The charge is $2.25 per person. Beverage service Charge is $1.25 per person. Choice of two: coffee, punch, iced tea or lemonade. (soda service $1.00 per can/6 packs only.) Delivery To ensure you receive your delivery at the proper location, we require written directions, or we cannot be held responsible for prompt delivery. Delivery is within 30 minutes of scheduled arrival time in controllable conditions. Non-refundable deposits $100.00 deposit is required to hold the date and time of any function under $500.00. any orders over $500.00 require a 1/3 deposit. All deposits are non-refundable. Method of payment Checks, credit cards and cash are always welcome. Payment is due in full 3 days prior to the event. Large companies may arrange house accounts with certain restrictions. Guarantees Our staff will pre-set a date for confirmation of your total guest number (usually 5-6 days prior to the event). This is the number you will be billed.

Drop off We deliver all foods for immediate consumption. This is suggested for parties under 50 people. This may also be an option for our picnic menus if you choose to cook the meats yourself and would like them delivered raw. The charge for this service is $25.00 within Monroe county. Extra charges will apply to out-of-county deliveries. Chef Chef sets up hot chaffing pans, arranges cold salads and maintains the buffet for up to one hour. This service is suggested for parties of 50 people of more. the charge is $100.00 including delivery. Total service time is 1 1/2 hours; the buffet is 1 hour. Additional buffet time is available for $20.00 per hour. On site Chef sets up grill and hot chaffing pans, arranges cold salads, cooks meats and maintains the buffet for up to one hour. This service is suggested with our picnic menus, clambake or strip steak buffet. The charge for this service is $125.00 including delivery. Total service time is 2 1/2 hours; the buffet is 1 hour. Additional buffet time is available for $20.00 per hour. Wait staff Servers are required with our china and linen service. Staff will set tables, clear plates and serve beverages. Minimum of 3 hours serving time at $60.00 per server.
